We often hear from clients that corporations are unable to share their Wi-Fi due to security concerns. Hence introducing our GSM version of the much loved RESET certified Airveda model which enables easy connectivity and plug and play. Just insert the sim, turn the power on and the device is ready to start sending data with no Wi-Fi or additional configuration required.

ACCURATE

The monitor uses a high quality laser sensor to measure PM2.5 ∓ PM10, calibrated against BAM (Beta Attenuation Monitor - used by govt.). An independent study showed correlation greater than .9 with BAM. CO2 sensor uses high accuracy commercial NDIR CO2 sensor which can be easily calibrated on-site. Temp and humidity are calibrated by a master source traceable to NABL. TVOC is a commercial grade MEMS metal oxide semiconductor sensor which self calibrates to the environment.


PORTABLE AND REAL-TIME

The small size and long battery life of 6-8 hours makes Airveda monitors extremely portable. It measure your air quality every second so you can understand the air quality where you are, in real-time.


VISUAL INDICATOR

Each parameter is color coded with traffic light colors (green, yellow, red) based on alert limits configurable by you in the app. This enables you to quickly see if any parameter has exceeded desired limits. You can also touch to select the parameter you wish to display in bold and big font so that it is visible easily from afar.


MADE IN INDIA - LOCALLY MANUFACTURED & SERVICED

Airveda monitors are completely manufactured in India. Sensors are calibrated locally to suit Indian conditions but can also be remotely calibrated for any specific geography if reference data is provided for that location.. Sensors can be locally re-calibrated as well as replaced easily. Our manufacturing facility has been running for 30 years and is a trusted name in the local industry.


Supports Wi-Fi and 2G/3G/4G GSM connectivity

This device supports both Wi-Fi and GSM connectivity and will connect to and switch between either network depending on availability. You may configure your Airveda monitor with up to 5 Wi-Fi networks. This device also supports GSM connectivity, which allows you to connect this device to 2G/3G/4G network by inserting the SIM of the preferred network provider.


APP ENABLED

Choose between US AQI & Indian AQI. Understand air quality data trends with hourly, daily & monthly historical data. Plan activities to limit your exposure to pollution. Customize two air quality limits for your monitor via the app. Get real-time alerts when these limits are exceeded, so you take appropriate action such as use masks, or turn on air purifiers or the kitchen chimney.


LOCAL MEMORY

Local memory can store data up to 2 days of data at 30 second frequency in case of internet outage and automatically upload to the server when the internet becomes available. Measurement and sending frequency of data can be updated remotely which can allow data to be stored for additional days and/or reduce power usage.

Working Principle

  • PM sensor uses laser scattering principle: Light scattering can be induced when particles go through the detecting area. The scattered light is transformed into electrical signals and these signals will be amplified and processed. The number and diameter of particles can be obtained by analysis because the signal waveform has certain relations with the particles diameter.
  • The CO2 sensor is a commercial high accuracy NDIR based (Nondispersive infrared sensor).
  • TVOC is MOS Mems based sensor.
  • Temperature sensor is CMOS, Humidity is Capacitive.
